Suburban moms will rock out in free Madison concert Sept. 3
MADISON – The seven-woman New Jersey rock band Mood Swings will be the next act in Madison’s “Downtown Concert Series” from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 3, on the lawn of the Museum of Early Trades and Crafts at 9 Main St. at Green Village Road.
