Is the Metallica DLC on Guitar Hero compatible with Rock Band 1 on PS3?

To illustrate, I have a rock band on the PS3. If you purchase and download songs from Metallica Death Magnetic to Guitar Hero 3, which will play in my Rock Band 1? What happens if I get GH3 disc? This should work, because the guitars are compatible right?

Nope, totally different format as well as Metallica signed onto Guitar hero exclusively so for them to be on rock band is like coca cola delivery guy drinking pepsi
No, sorry You can’t play them on rock band. However, you CAN play them on guitar hero 3 because, well, that’s what it was created for. So I hope that helps and I hope you enjoy playing through the blisteringly fast Death Magnetic album on guitar hero!
