I need help with my Washburn Lyon Def Leppard Limited Edition guitar?

Washburn I have a few years ago and it was about a month. One day I went online to learn here, and not play my amp and disconnect the cable into the guitar amplifier. So after a few hours to find out what gave him all the bad and saved and planned the establishment of a day. Recently I decided to play again and pulled him to try to fix it. My amp is good, because I can hear the sound when you turn it on, but the cable connector is usually on the guitar, would fall easily. What’s wrong with that? The cable is included with the guitar.

I’ve never heard of this problem before. Are the connector plugs at both ends the same size? I’m not familiar with this model guitar but the amp cords are pretty standard sized plugs so if the connector falls out of the receptacle on the guitar then either the cord has off-sized plugs or the receptacle on the guitar is a non-standard size. You’ll either need to replace the cord or replace the receptacle on the guitar.

Hopefully somebody else can give you a better answer. Like I said, I’m not familiar with this guitar model.

Look at this pic of the inside of a TRS output jack. You see the little “hook” that leans against the ridge of the trs connector? It’s busted off or bent.
