What do you mean by a “fake” telecaster? Are you talking about one of those cheap Chinese rip-offs that actually put the Fender logo on them?
Stay away from those if that’s what you’re thinking about…they’re absolute garbage, not to mention the fact that buying those is just supporting a bunch of crooks.
As far as the website you mention, it looks legitimate. But, I’ve never done business with them so I can’t say. One that that’s a positive is the fact that they actually have a phone number you can call. Ring ‘em up and asked where the guitar was made. At that price point, it’s probably made in Mexico (which are pretty darned good). Also ask what the return policy is. I’ve bought a lot of guitars online and only had to send back 2 (one was not what I ordered, the other I didn’t like), but you need to know. Most reputable places will give you 30-45 days to return without a restocking fee.
