How to convert zune videos to watch through xbox 360 so that they still look good?

Videos I’ve formatted for the Zune looks good when viewed downloads through Xbox 360, but I convert my videos only way Zune welcome to look through and if they see Xbox terrible. How I can convert the videos properly?
