This item shipped quickly and was ready to use within seconds. It requires no software to install. Just open the folders to look at once it is plugged into your computer, and drag and drop the music/movies/pictures you want on the player.
Touch screen works well. I have stubby fingers and have no problems using them to control it. And it comes with a stylus just in case.
Music quality is really good. Picture quality, although could be better, couldn’t be beat for this price. Same goes for video.
Totally in love with this item. Highly recommended.

I have never had a MP3 and finally decided to get one for the music capabilities. It was a bit confusing at first, but after downloading their user info, i was able to walk myself thru the set up and downloading. If I can do it, anyone can.
I am truly enjoying taking pictures, listening to music and taking a few videos. It has lots of memory and I would recommend this to anyone wanting a quality MP3 MP4 and camera.
