Are the RockBand 2 Controllers compatible with the Guitar Hero Games?

I Know the the Guitar Hero Guitars are compatible w/ the Rockband Games but the RockBand 1 controllers arent compatible w/ Guitar Hero. But What I want to know if the controllers for the Rock Band 2 Game are now compatible w/ the Guitar Hero games?

The guitar is compatible with GH
From what I understand, they are both compatible with each other.
both the rock band guitars work for guitar hero world tour and gh metallica. the guitars will NOT work with 1, 2, 3, rock the 80s, or Arrow smith. have fun!
